    Oishii JAPAN 2013 was held from 17th-19th October 2013, at Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre.
    Oishii JAPAN was ASEAN’s first and largest dedicated showcase on Japanese food and beverage products.
    CHIBA Foodstuff Export Association participated in this fair with 7 member companies.

    Food Expo 2013, from 15th-17th August 2013, Hong Kong

    Food Expo 2013 was held from 15th-17th August 2013, at Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Center. Food Expo is the largest international food and beverage exhibitions in Hong Kong.
    CHIBA Foodstuff Export Association participated in this fair with 4 member companies.

    Business Talk Meeting for exporting Chiba foods, at Hotel Green Tower Makuhari

    CHIBA Foodstuff Export Association and JETRO Chiba held " Busuiness Talk Meeting for exporting Chiba foods" on 13th March 2013 at Hotel Green Tower Makuhari.
    This meeting was held combined with Foodex Japan 2013 at Makuhari Messe, which is one of the largest food and beverage exhibitions in Asia. 14 food manufactures had successful business talking with 6 overseas buyers from 6 countries.

    “A Taste of Chiba !” on 6th March 2013 at Hotel the Manhattan

    CHIBA Foodstuff Export Association held "A Taste of Chiba !" on 6th March 2013 at Hotel the Manhattan. Chefs from the Chinese Cuisine Training Institute in Hong Kong prepared the Chinese dishes, and the Hotel the Manhattan chefs prepared the French dishes made from Chiba's excellent agricultural and marine products.
    During the event, ceremony of awarding honors of individual competition at World Sushi Cup Japan 2013 was held.

    World Sushi Cup Japan 2013, from 6th March to 8th March,
    at Hotel the Manhattan and Makuhari Messe.

    CHIBA Foodstuff Export Association joined as one of organizers to this event in conjunction with FOODEX JAPAN 2013. This world –leading sushi competition consisted of original sushi individual competition, restaurant competition, display of sushi goods and related products, cultural and educational event. The winner of individual competition was sushi chef from Denmark out of top-level 16 chefs from 12 countries. The winner of restaurants competition was that of Sweden out of 8 up-scale restaurants including Michelin star recipients.
